Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee window installation jobs. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of window installations and the ability to ensure compliance with safety regulations. This role requires hands-on experience in the field, good customer communication, and good problem solving skills.
Duties
- Visit job sites daily and provide any guidance to the crews as needed
- Correct any issues seen on the job site
- Meet homeowners to address any issues they may have
- Communicate with office team as needed

- Experience and knowledge of window installations - both full frame and insert.
- Customer service experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38.00 - $43.26 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
