About the Job:
We’re looking for a dependable, hard-working person to join our field team as a Field Technician Helper. In this role, you’ll support our technicians by keeping water meter boxes clean and accessible. No experience needed — we’ll train you! This position is also the first step toward becoming a technician with us.
Responsibilities:
- Clean out water meter boxes (remove dirt, weeds, water, and debris)
- Ensure boxes are safe and ready for technicians
- Report damage or unsafe conditions to your supervisor
- Follow safety standards while working outdoors

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Ability to perform physical labor, lift up to 50lbs, and work outdoors in all weather
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Previous outdoor labor experience a plus, but not required
