Job Description: As a Finance Operation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both financial and operational aspects of the business. Reporting to the finance team, you will facilitate order processing, generating reports and analyzing data to identify trends and enhance the efficiency of the pre-sale process. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and possess strong analytical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the sales team to support order processing, regularly reviewing activities and swiftly identifying and rectifying irregularities such as abnormal pricing or compliance discrepancies.
2. Supervise warehouse operations, ensuring effective inventory management and strict adherence to regulatory guidelines.
3. Utilize warehouse management systems and ERP software to ensure timely and accurate preparation of orders, maintaining proper documentation and ensuring data accuracy.
4. Utilizing professional knowledge and judgment to enhance the efficiency of pre-sale process.
5. Provide assistance on various finance and operational tasks as assigned by senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Previous experience in finance operations, order support, or similar roles preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards is preferred.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Mandarin Chinese proficiency is highly desirable due to the bilingual nature of some internal communications.
