Position Overview
This role involves coordinating with banks and internal departments to secure funding for land acquisitions, construction, and refinancing projects. The ideal candidate will possess advanced Microsoft Excel skills, exceptional analytical abilities, and the capacity to work independently while effectively communicating with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with financial institutions to secure funding for various projects.
- Manage timelines and documentation for land acquisition, construction, and refinancing efforts.
- Analyze data and prepare proformas.
- Prepare ad hoc reports for senior management.
- Monitor project budgets and forecast financial outcomes.
- Communicate with internal departments to gather necessary information for financing projects.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on financial objectives.
- Lead meetings to discuss project statuses and address any financial concerns.
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and reporting mechanisms.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and dashboard creation.
- Familiarity with financial software.
- Strong ability to analyze complex financial data and present insights clearly.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
