Job Opportunity: Financial Analyst – Puerto Rico
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join a dynamic and fast-paced organization with operations across Puerto Rico. This role is key in supporting financial planning, reporting, and analysis to improve overall business performance and guide strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Provide analytical support, including P&L projections, budgeting, ratio and cost analysis.
Prepare and review financial and management reports.
Support annual budgets, forecasts, and strategic business plans.
Evaluate investment projects (NPV, IRR, sensitivity analysis).
Analyze operational and financial results, identifying improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with management, accounting, and cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, or banking.
Strong analytical skills with knowledge of financial modeling.
Advanced Excel and experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards/Oracle highly desirable).
Fully bilingual in English & Spanish.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
