Job Description:
Amica is a global leader in the digital inkjet printer manufacturing industry and is seeking a Financial Analyst. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for fostering a strong partnership with the manufacturing and distribution teams to provide in-depth analytical support and extract financial data to provide recommendations for the improved operational and financial effectiveness of the company. The successful candidate will possess a strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in financial analysis and modeling.
Job Duties:
- Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to leadership for decision making purposes.
- Prepare ad-hoc reporting and analysis as requested.
- Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies
- Financially dissect business and product lines, channels, and products to determine their profitability and identify opportunities
- Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality, and goal achievement
- Identify opportunities for mitigating risk and achieve cost savings
- Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization
- Develop financial models that help with decision-making
- Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting
Qualifications for Financial Analyst:
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office and databases
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred. CPA or CMA a plus.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate accounting or finance, financial planning & analysis, or internal audit
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to accuracy and detail required
- Ability to work with little supervision
- Excellent analysis and data reporting skills
- High level interpersonal skills
- Ability to read, write and speak in Chinese and English fluently

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
