We are seeking a highly analytical, self-motivated Financial Analyst to manage and track the financial performance of our multi-entity operations across real estate, automotive, hospitality, and spirits. You’ll work directly with the CEO to produce actionable financial insights, build custom dashboards in Monday.com, and support lending, refinancing, and capital strategy across all companies.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage financial dashboards and reports in Monday.com for:
- Real estate loan portfolio (residential & commercial)
- Dealership floorplan utilization
- Construction loan tracking
- Operating performance across multiple companies
- Analyze loan structures, DSCR, interest rates, and equity positions
- Monitor and recommend improvements to financing strategies (e.g., refis, lender selection, payoff timing)
- Collaborate with Controller and CFO for cross-entity budgeting and forecasting
- Prepare lender-ready summaries, reporting packages, and projections
- Track capital inflows/outflows for development projects, floor plans, and acquisitions
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, real estate finance, or dealership/floorplan analysis
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, financial models)
- Familiarity with Monday.com or project-based financial tracking tools (training available)
- Experience working with real estate lenders, private equity, or dealership financing
- Comfortable managing large data sets and summarizing insights for C-level leadership
Preferred
- Background in private equity, commercial lending, or finance at a dealership group
- CPA or CFA certification is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
