The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing financial data, generating dashboard management reports, and providing insights to support strategic business decisions. Using the Zoho platform as the primary tool, you will create and manage dashboards, track key financial metrics, and automate financial processes to enhance efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles, proficiency in Zoho Analytics and Zoho Books, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and compelling visual tools for stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities:·
- Measuring and communicating financial performance to staff and board
- Partner with Manager of Financial Operations to accurately track purchase revenue and member performance
- Maintain and improve standardized financial infrastructure using Zoho Books/Analytics
- Publish the market demand incentive program and tracking system
- Support Finance and Technology Committee and annual Audit Committee
- Partner with Financial Operations and Business Development to increase network revenue using creative data visualization tools
- Develop, track and publish to the staff and board relevant financial KPI’s
- Manages the final reporting and final data pipeline for members and vendors
- Calculates and communicates the annual distribution and communication of member dividend metrics
- Manages the annual shareholder meeting financial performance content and presentation
- Manages mandatory State of the Group and Vendor surveys
- Manages periodic Backlog and Tech Surveys
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Work as needed with President or board on special projects and provide modeling as needed such as vendor agreements, incentives, and programs
- Support focused events including vendor meetings and special member activities
- Contact for professional and technical outsourcing including ERP, accounting, audit, LMS
- Maintain finance analyst peer relationships in critical vendor organizations
- Assist the Business Development team in resolving vendor payments with data support when necessary
- Assist in preparing and managing stakeholder surveys such as distributor, backlog and technology
- Participate and review industry forecasting and economic content to provide insight and suggested actions to membership
Required Education and Experience
- Undergraduate degree (B.A./B.S.) from an accredited college or university in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in corporate finance, statistics, or a similar role
- Competency with software tools and adaptable - Zoho One proficiency and familiar with common applications such as Office 365
- Portfolio examples of data visualization, animation, motion design, and McKinsey style decks, using traditional or AI tools
- Experience in a small division or entrepreneurial environment desirable
- Experience in adopting and training others to utilize business platform/CRM/financial software

- Documented monthly reports on staff KPI performance against annual budget goals
- Compliance and performance measurements as directed by the board of directors
- Monthly incentive dashboard development and publication for membership
- Accuracy of member purchase data seasonality with Business Development team
- Reduction in Zero report members participation
- Increased revenue through member purchase performance and other strategies
- Principal vendor financial analyst contact roles documented in CRM
- Support survey administration, participation, and knowledge sharing as well as other board directed project results
