Job Description:
We are seeking a mid- to senior-level associate with 4–6 years of experience in financial restructuring to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience representing creditors or debtors in complex Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases or out-of-court restructurings.
Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of focused experience in financial restructuring
- Experience working on large Chapter 11 matters or corporate workouts
- Strong academic credentials
- Demonstrated success and relevant experience from a reputable law firm or practice
- Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $310,000.00 - $390,000.00 per year
