What You’ll Do:
Proactively connect with new and existing customers (calls, walk-ins, community events, social outreach)
- Sell State Farm insurance products including Auto, Home, Renters, and more
- Leverage your bilingual skills to provide excellent service to Spanish-speaking clients
- Build trusted relationships and offer tailored insurance solutions
- Meet (and exceed) monthly sales targets with uncapped earning potential
Be a key part of a high-performing, goal-oriented team
- Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Competitive mindset with a strong drive to succeed
Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills - Previous sales experience is a plus (retail, phone sales, real estate, etc.)
- Property & Casualty license preferred, but not required – we’ll help the right candidate get licensed!
