Position Summary:
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for prospecting, setting appointments, and closing sales of life insurance policies designed for long-term financial planning and wealth-building strategies. This is a high-accountability, high-growth role where you’ll be coached daily, trained intensively, and expected to deliver results.
Compensation Structure:
- Base Pay: $4,000/month ($25/hour, W-2 through Infinite Capital Solutions) for full-time in-office performance (80 hours per pay period)
- Bonuses: Up to $1,000/month based on production milestones
- Commission: Paid directly by partnered life insurance carriers (1099). Licensed agents earn:
- Ownership: Licensed agents own their own book of business and may receive ongoing residuals directly from carriers
- First-Year Earning Potential: $75,000–$150,000+ (uncapped)
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls (minimum 1,000/week for setters)
- Set qualified appointments and conduct sales calls in-office
- Follow up with leads using our CRM and proven scripts
- Attend daily team training, coaching, and review sessions
- Build relationships with prospects and clients through networking and outreach
- Maintain all state licensing and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in sales, financial services, or life insurance
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confidence on the phone and a love for connecting with people
- Growth mindset and willingness to be coached
- Professional in appearance and conduct
- Life Insurance License (2-15 or 2-14) preferred we help qualified candidates get licensed quickly
Work Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Training & Film Session)
- This is an in-office role. Remote/hybrid not available for this position.
