Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair fire sprinkler systems in commercial buildings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and ASME codes & standards to ensure accurate installation.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment to complete installations efficiently.
- Collaborate with project managers to coordinate installation schedules and project timelines.
- Demonstrate mechanical knowledge in troubleshooting issues related to fire sprinkler systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols while working on construction sites.
Requirements
- Verifiable experience in fire sprinkler system installation
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools, power tools, and lifts
- Experience reading blueprints
- Previous experience in construction site environments is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
