Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:00pm Total: 40 hrs./wk.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Maintain all individual benefit information
- Assist individuals in applying for and maintaining all benefits
- Corresponding with Social Security, DPW, etc.
- Work with PD’s on spend issues.
- Maintains the individual co-mingled accounts.
- Reports on accounts.
- Works with Program Directors on spend issues.
- Transfer of funds to both individuals and PD’s.
- Deposits all FCS deposits.
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
- Checkbook reconciliation experience.
- Works well with people.
- Computer experience.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Cross trained in: Posting weekly financials, all aspects of A/P.
