Duties and Responsibilities
1.* Serves as Assistant Fiscal Officer for IFA Maui Division with a purchasing authority of $15,000 responsible for processing small purchases, payments, travel, other documents and accounts receivable and deposits.

Minimum Qualifications
1.Possession of a baccalaureate degree in Business Administration or Accounting and 1 year(s) of progressively responsible professional experience with responsibilities for Accounting or Business Administration; or any equivalent combination of education and/or professional work experience which provides the required education, knowledge, skills and abilities as indicated.
7.Demonstrated ability to operate a personal computer and apply word processing software.
Desirable Qualifications
1.Experience working in a research or higher education institution.
