What You’ll Do
- Coach group and personal training sessions in a structured strength & conditioning environment.
- Deliver high-quality experiences rooted in form, intention, and progression—not calorie-burning chaos.
- Learn the AXIS Method: coaching that connects fitness to life, and progress to personal growth.
- Collaborate with a world-class team that holds a high bar for impact, professionalism, and execution.
- Help real people get real results—and develop skills that will serve you for life.
Who We’re Looking For
- You’re not just “into fitness.” You’re into learning, leading, and leveling up.
- You’re a clear communicator and confident presence—but coachable and open.

- You understand that coaching is a skill that must be trained, refined, and earned.
- Bonus: You have a background in kinesiology, exercise science, or coaching. (Not required.)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
