Job Description:
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Facility Cleaner to join our team and help keep our fitness center in top shape. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our members and staff.
Responsibilities:
Deep cleaning of bathrooms, showers, locker rooms, and other high-traffic areas
Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming all floor surfaces
Dusting and wiping down equipment, fixtures, and surfaces
Taking out trash and restocking supplies as needed
Following a regular cleaning schedule and checklists
Identifying and reporting maintenance or safety issues
Maintaining cleaning supplies and tools
Qualifications:
Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred, especially in a gym or facility setting
Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality work
Ability to work independently and follow directions with consistency
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Physically able to stand, lift, and move around during a shift
