Five Lakes Coffee is currently looking for 1 full or 2 part time - Baristas at our newest location in Syracuse, IN.
If you're a motivated, dependable, self-starter with a desire to work in a coffee shop, have a passion for providing customer service, then we may be just the team you’re looking to join!
Barista and cashier experience are major pluses but we are excited to train! Looking for full or part time applicants that are over 16 years old with flexible schedules and availability to support weekends as needed.
A great candidate is someone who can take and remember orders, has high energy, fun to be around, and can assist as a team player with all day-to-day operations of running the business.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Sets up and serves coffee, specialty drinks, and smoothies.
Represents Five Lakes Coffee in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner with all customer and employee interactions.
Interacts with customers and resolves concerns in a friendly and service oriented manner.
Serves customer orders quickly, in proper portions, and with customer first focus.
Relays relevant comments & concerns from customers directly to supervisors.
Consistently exhibits the ability to keep up with fast paced environment and does so calmly, accurately and efficiently.

Willing to negotiate based on experience. Free shift drinks and free coffee, 40% off all apparel and products in the store.
