Job Title: FleetCoordinator, Licensing and Titling
Reports To: Fleet Compliance Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Responsible for supporting the Fleet Compliance team in the administration and management licensing and titling of Equipment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Sets priorities and schedules for completion of work while delegating responsibility as needed.
· Assists management with day-to-day compliance items.
· Works with the necessary Federal and State entities to ensure our vehicles are license, titled, registered, and operating legally.
· Responsible for all the required reporting, this includes but not limited to HVUT, UCR, IFTA, and IRP.
· Maintains all required licensing, titling, and registration documentation.
· Responsible for maintaining relationship with outside licensing and titling vendor.
· Enforces and administers policies & procedures governing fleet management operations
· Monitors all paperwork for accuracy and compliance.
· Keeps up with various compliance items regarding the fleet.
· Travels to DMV as needed.
· Maintains various database files. Analysis of fleet related data/reports.
· Utilizes logistics strategies and processes as developed within the Fleet Compliance team.
· Collaborates with purchasing and finance teams to ensure ownership is adequately planned for and scheduled and supports process improvements where possible.
· Uses analytical tools and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.
· Support the Corporate Fleet team on special projects.
· Serves as backup for all members and responsibilities of the Fleet Compliance team.
· Completes other duties as assigned.
DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· High school degree or equivalent. Some college preferred.
· Effective analysis/problem-solving and decision making.
· Proficient in Microsoft programs including Word and Excel.
· Experience with Vista Viewpoint or similar ERP system preferred.
· Preferred, but not mandatory, candidate with basic understanding of construction vehicles and equipment.
· Must be highly organized, able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet varying deadlines.
· Excellent customer service skills.
