Summary:
Seeking an experienced Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of technicians in maintaining and repairing heavy-duty trucks and equipment. This role involves scheduling repairs, ensuring safety and compliance, conducting inspections, managing inventory, and handling administrative tasks using Dossier Maintenance Software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise technicians performing preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Ensure safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct quality inspections and oversee complex diagnostics.
- Manage inventory, budgeting, and performance reporting.
- Handle hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED
- ASE Certifications: T2, T3, T4, T5, T6, T7, Master Certified
- 3+ years in heavy equipment maintenance
- 1+ year in a supervisory or lead technician role
- Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and safety standards
Preferred: Experience with Dossier Maintenance Software.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
