Fletcher School is seeking a Level 2 Paraprofessional to support students with a behavioral support plan. This position is designed to implement a behavior support plan and academic support. The primary responsibility of the Level 2 Paraprofessional is to implement and maintain the student's behavior support plan in collaboration with the school team. The goal is to proactively support students in a way that maximizes their success and engagement within both the classroom and school environment.The ideal candidate will be flexible, creative, and dedicated to meeting students' needs.
