iBrush Family Dental Care is the place for you. We have an immediate opening for a Floating Associate Dentist to support our growing network of practices in Maryland.
You’ll provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages, rotating between our offices in Baltimore, Montgomery County, and Prince George's County are all located in Maryland. This role is ideal for a motivated, adaptable dentist who enjoys collaborating with strong clinical teams and serving diverse patient populations.

As a Floating Associate Dentist with iBrush Family Dental Care, you’ll enjoy the variety of working across multiple offices while making a meaningful difference for patients in the communities we serve.
Your Impact
- Provide high-quality comprehensive care, including restorative, prosthodontic, and surgical procedures
- Develop and present treatment plans with clarity, empathy, and patient trust in mind
- Support underserved populations with a commitment to accessible, patient-centered dentistry
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation using Curve Hero practice management software
- Strengthen a team culture built on Teamwork, Accountability, and Respect
What We’re Looking For
- DDS/DMD from a CODA-accredited program
- Active (or eligible) Maryland dental license, DEA, CDS, CPR certification
- Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience preferred (residency counts)
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a passion for patient care
- Comfort adapting to different practice environments
