- Handle payroll processing and bookkeeping tasks to maintain accurate financial records.
- Control inventory management by monitoring stock levels and implementing effective ordering practices.
- Drive sales through effective merchandising strategies and retail math applications.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
- Manage shift schedules and delegate responsibilities among team members effectively.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies that boost sales.
Skills
