Flyer Distribution Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Door Hanger Distribution Associate to support our local marketing efforts by delivering promotional door hangers directly to residential properties. This role involves walking assigned neighborhoods, placing marketing materials at each home, and accurately reporting completed routes. The ideal candidate is punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Distribute door hangers to designated homes in assigned neighborhoods or target areas
• Follow pre-mapped routes and ensure complete coverage of specified areas
• Track and report distribution progress and completed streets daily
• Represent the company in a courteous and professional manner when interacting with the public
• Maintain and organize inventory of marketing materials
• Report any issues or challenges encountered during distribution (e.g., no-solicitation signs, aggressive animals, weather delays)
• Ensure that door hangers are placed neatly and securely on door handles or front doors (not in mailboxes)
• Maintain physical stamina to walk for extended periods in varying weather conditions

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.37 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week
