Summary
We are seeking a Cashier/Stocker to join our team at Chapps Landing. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations at our gas station and fast food service, providing excellent customer service while managing transactions and maintaining stock levels.
Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.
- Restock shelves and ensure products are readily available for customers.
- Assist in food preparation and handling according to safety guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Complete assigned stock duties.
Requirements
- Previous experience in cash handling or customer service is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
