- Coordinates with Chef team for daily kitchen setup.
- Exceed SNHD standards while maintaining a clean workstation.
- Full understanding of food menu and allergies associated with each dish.
- Deliver food efficiently with clear description to guests.
- Must have SNHD Food Handler card up to date.
- Must have TAM Card up to date.
- Engage with guests to make sure all needs are met anytime there is interaction.
- Clear empty plates when possible.
- Understand seat numbers to properly deliver food.
- All other duties assigned.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a full service, moderate to high volume restaurants.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Vast food knowledge.
- Professional verbal and written communication with guests, co-workers, and leadership.
- Must be organized, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of time.
- All other duties as assigned.
