Summary
Peppervine is a chef-driven modern American restaurant in Charlotte offering seasonal, globally inspired dishes designed for sharing and coursed dining. As a Food Runner/Busser, you will be essential in ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests by efficiently delivering food, assisting servers with steps of service, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver food from the kitchen to the tables accurately and efficiently
* Promptly reset tables for new guests after parties leave
* Remove dirty or used dishes, silverware and glasses from active tables
* Continuously fill water glasses for guests
* Restock service stations with clean plates, glasses, and silverware
* Greet all guests with a welcoming smile
* Assist the server staff with any other duties necessary
* MUST have the appropriate paperwork to legally work in the US
* MUST have weekend availability (Friday & Saturday, we are closed on Sundays)
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
- Background in bussing or banquet service is a plus.
- Strong food service skills and knowledge of food handling practices.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to interact positively with guests.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
