We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Runner to join our dynamic team. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
Greet Customers, and take orders as needed
- Deliver food from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate orders and special requests.
- Help maintain inventory levels of food supplies and communicate any shortages to management.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food preparation or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
- A passion for hospitality and providing an exceptional dining experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations is a plus but not required; training will be provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
