Duties
- Cooking - Cook each waffle to order
- Plating - Artfully plate waffle orders, ensuring each one looks perfect and picture-worthy.
- Register - Provide excellent customer service while handling transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Setup and cleanup - Assist with setup and cleanup of the store.
Skills
- Artistically inclined - Aesthetic plating is critical at ‘Aiwi Waffles!
- Exceptional coordination - Strong multitasking abilities, highly detail oriented, able to move quickly.
- Excellent memory - Both short term (for orders), and long term (for menu memorization).
- Communication skills - Anticipate needs, problem solve, work seamlessly with the team.
- Upbeat personality - Bring a positive attitude and friendly energy every shift.
- Gracefully handle peak hours - Maintain efficiency, detail, speed and positivity under high pressure.
- Desire to improve - Self-motivated with a commitment to continuously improve skills.
- Reliable and punctual - Available Sunday to Thursday mornings 7:15 AM – 1:45 PM, with potential for weekend shifts at our food truck.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
