All American Assisted Living, located in Tinton Falls, NJ is currently seeking an experienced,
conscientious Food Service Director/Chef. Applicants should have at least 2-3 years working food service management experience. Assisted living facilities experience a plus. Restaurant management is also preferred. Hospitality industry experience will be considered.

Responsibilities include supervision of staff, overseeing menu planning, hiring, scheduling and training of staff, customer service and quality assurance, budgeting and leadership skills. It is important to collaborate with other departments to carry out the goals, policies and procedures of the Community.
This is a hands-on position. We offer a compensation package commensurate with your experience including health care, PTO and 401K.
