Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing an exceptional dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring timely delivery.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding food or beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining environments.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and care.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Server or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
