Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Food Service Team Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment. You will play a vital role in ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of menu items.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
- Must possess a valid Food Handler's License.
- Must have a clean driver's record.
- Must have a vehicle to come to and from work
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
