Hiring Range: $20.50 to $22 per hour DOE
Primary Function: Assists in food preparation, serving and maintaining a clean kitchen and dining room.
Essential Functions:
- Prepares and serves breakfast, lunch, dinner in a sanitary manner and in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
- Organizes and keeps kitchen and dining room clean and free of safety hazards.
- Assist with inventory, ensuring that all items are properly labeled and stored safely.
- Takes necessary action to prevent food contamination and avoid food waste.
- Adheres to confidentiality laws including 42CFR Part 2, HIPAA and HITECH as well as all Harmony policies and procedures including Code of Ethics.
