Duties/Expectations for Food Truck Bench
- Valid driver’s license
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and menu plans.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, utensils, and equipment.
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure timely service during events.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Able to pass a background check
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Comfortable with food prep as needed
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Track record of dependability
- Handle transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
- Proven experience as a Cook in the food industry or similar role is preferred but not required
