Summary
We are seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team at The Mountain Club on Loon Resort & Spa. In this role, you will oversee daily operations of our food and beverage department, ensuring that guests receive top-notch service while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring excellent guest service.
- Train and develop staff to provide high-quality dining experiences.
- Conduct interviews and assist in hiring new team members as needed.
- Oversee food preparation processes to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Implement shift management strategies to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of casual dining operations and hospitality standards.
- Excellent staff training and development skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with banquet services and catering operations is a plus.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
