What You Will Do
- Safely operate forklifts to complete daily pallet putaways and product pulls
- Use RF scanners to track and manage inventory
- Assist with product transfers between locations and maintain system accuracy
- Follow all safety regulations when operating equipment and machines
- Perform basic machine maintenance and report any issues
- Move product around the warehouse using pallet jacks and wrappers
- Keep your workspace clean and organized throughout your shift
- Take out trash and recycling as needed
- Tackle other duties as assigned, every day is a little different
What You Bring to the Team
- Forklift Certifcation (required)
- At least 1 year of certified forklift experience (required)
- RF scanning experience is a plus (we can train you)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs solo and team lift heavier items
- Comfortable standing and moving for an 8-hour shift
- A mechanical mindset and willingness to learn
- Strong safety awareness and respect for warehouse procedures
- Basic math skills and great attention to detail
- Strong time management and the ability to stay focused
- A flexible attitude and ability to adapt to new processes
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills, especially when reporting issues
- Computer literacy and experience with Google Docs/Sheets is a plus
- 3PL or inventory software experience is a bonus
- High school diploma or GED required
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic are a must

Additional Details
- Salary: 19.00 to 21.00 dollars per hour
- Shift: Five days in-person including one weekend day required
