Available Shift(s):
- 2nd Shift: 3 PM – 11 PM (Monday – Friday)
- 3rd Shift: 11 PM – 7 AM (Sunday – Thursday)
Must be able to work daily or weekend overtime as required.
Starting Wage Range: $22.95/hr with increases to $26.54/hr after becoming certified in the position

Primary Job Duties:
Duties include safely performing a wide range of tasks, loading/unloading trailers, managing product inventories, conducting quality checks, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safely, and a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Loading/unloading trucks and trailers safely.
- Occasionally required to fill out bills of lading, change fuel tanks on the lift and complete data entry.
- Inspect forklift daily at the start of the shift ensuring all safety features are operational. Complete checklist documenting inspection.
- Safely move materials throughout the facility.
- Use an RF scanner for receipts of returns or deliveries.
- Verify all counts, quantities, quality and descriptions of products and materials received, shipped or warehouse are what is expected.
- Service production lines, delivering products as requested.
- Properly palletize or shrink wrap a unit.
- Perform regular inventory and cycle counts.
- Safely change forklift propane tanks and/or batteries as needed.
- Maintaining a clean work environment
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must pass a written and driving test to obtain a forklift operator’s license.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team setting.
- Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math used in the manufacturing process.
- Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs., navigate stairs, stand, walk, and bend throughout the entire shift with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment that is hot and humid in the Summer/Fall.
- Ability to work daily overtime, weekend work and various shifts depending on workload.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check and pre-employment physical and drug screen.
