Overview
Maige Inc. is a Logistics company in the City of Industry, and we are searching for a Mandarin speaking forklift operator/order picker-packer. Candidates should have a minimum of three years forklift experience, including prior certifications, the ability to pick orders from our warehouse, and packing/packaging experience.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, detailed-oriented, and has a strong work-ethic. Attention to detail is critical in fulfilling orders. Our forklift operators handle orders from picking to packing, and all inbound and outbound freight responsibilities.

Duties
- Pick orders, and pack orders
- Relabel product as needed
- Use a forklift and/or pallet jack to unload and stage inbound orders
- Follow instructions accurately when filling bin locations from inbound orders
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory movements and organize product
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
- Perform lifting as required to manage stock movement within the warehouse
Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse operations
- Ability to speak Mandarin is mandatory
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and their integration with inventory systems
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manage physical demands of the role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Forklift certification, and safety/compliance experience is highly desired
