Summary
Formulation Associate will be responsible for verifying all ingredients and chemicals that will go into a formulation. Formulation Technician will also prepare and assists Formulation Technicians throughout all the stages of formulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

- Follows all safety, quality, GDP, and GMP Protocols.
- Assists in the preparation of raw materials and kitting of core ingredients and chemicals.
- Organizes raw ingredients for formulation technicians to optimize production and efficiencies.
- Maintains batch records and proper handling of raw materials & cannabis ingredients.
- Assists in overseeing the formulation mixes as they’re processed through machinery.
- Qualitatively assesses formulations outputs and provides immediate feedback to Formulation Technicians and Supervisor.
- Maintains a clean and organized production area to mitigate hazards and adheres to safety protocols.
- Use required PPE per OSHA regulations ? Perform other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience
- High or GED required
- Requires 2 years of related experience
- Experience in working in the cannabis industry, or alternatively, in a highly regulated CPG/F&B industry
- Experience with Cannabis related equipment ? Experience using hand and electrical tools
Travel
This position doesn’t require to travel for work purposes.
Required:
- Must be 21+ years old.
- Must be a self-starter with minimal supervision, able to work independently and in a team environment
- This position requires a 40-hour minimum work week
- Flexible availability for work hours.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays if needed.
