We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong relationships with customers and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences and have extensive knowledge of the Greek Fraternity and Sorority System.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify potential sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing market share and improving customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company CRM system.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required.
