Job Summary:

Duties:
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accurate guest records.
- Conduct night audits, balancing daily transactions and preparing reports for management review.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Handle reservations and cancellations using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy in bookings.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Assist with phone systems, including answering calls promptly and addressing guest needs or concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences throughout their stay.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar role is preferred (Not required can train you!).
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Proficient in using phone systems with excellent phone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
