At A Glance:
- $18-22 per hour
- Eligible to earn monthly bonus
- Full time- Evenings and Weekends required
- Jacksonville, FL 32210
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and ensure patient information is complete and up to date
- Collect and process patient payments and insurance co-pays
- Schedule patient appointments
- Audit the patient record to prepare for future appointments
- Complete end of day documents and audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years SUPERIOR customer service experience
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members to provide exceptional patient care
- Proficient with practice management software (Open Dental preferred)
