Front Desk Associate

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for guest relations, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
• Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservations.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and assist guests with their requests.
• Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Address any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing and data entry.
• Promote hotel services and upsell rooms or packages when appropriate.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Proficient in using phone systems and hotel management software.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
