At McAngel Home Visiting Nurses, we are dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality home care services to our clients and patients. We are seeking a Front Desk Associate who is organized, friendly, and eager to contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional care.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and transfer phone calls, screening when necessary.
- Maintain filing systems as assigned.
- Retrieve information as requested from records, email, and other related documents.
- Assist and support general office operations and administrative tasks.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Keep the front desk area clean and organized.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- At least a GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Exceptional computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to follow directions and read/write effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
