RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of all transactions
- Provide information about facilities, services, and attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with reservations and Birthday parties/Camps as needed
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform all checklist as required
Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are a PLUS
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in using computer systems for reservations, check-ins, and other front desk tasks
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and proper phone handling procedures
As a Front Desk/ Cashier you will be the first point of contact for the facility. Your friendly demeanor, exceptional customer service skills, and attention to detail will contribute to creating a positive experience for our guests.
