Job Summary
The Front Desk / Guest Relations Coordinator is the first point of contact for our clients—both in person and online. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with light marketing tasks (social media, outreach, and promotions).
Responsibilities
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule appointments and manage our booking system
- Answer phone calls, texts, and emails
- Assist with front desk organization and inventory tracking
- Help with marketing tasks (e.g., posting on social media, event support, follow-ups)
- Educate clients on services, specials, and promotions
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with computers, email, and social media platforms
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive
- Comfortable working weekends (required)
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or wellness is a plus
