At Vintage Faire Fit Body Boot Camp, we’re on a mission to transform lives through fitness, nutrition, and mindset. As the first point of contact for members and guests, you’ll play a crucial role in our culture and community.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the friendly face (and voice) that energetically and warmly greets every client, prospect, and visitor
- Assist with client account management – memberships, billing, holds, cancellations, and more
- Handle inbound and outbound communication via phone, text, email, and social media
- Support sales efforts by following up with leads, booking appointments, and closing memberships
- Maintain a clean, organized, and high-energy front desk and lobby area
- Answer questions, resolve client concerns, and deliver exceptional service
- Help execute marketing campaigns and client engagement projects
- Manage daily operational tasks to keep the gym running smoothly
- Participate in community events, internal team activities, and culture-building efforts

- You’re comfortable with basic tech platforms (email, social media, CRMs)
- You don’t mind cleaning, pitching in, and doing what needs to be done

- You live by the “figure it out” mentality and get things done without hand-holding
What You Bring:
- 1–2 years of customer service or administrative experience
- Some sales, retail, or gym experience is a plus (but not required)
- Interest in fitness, nutrition, or wellness lifestyle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, driven attitude – you show up, step up, and level up
Schedule & AvailabilityThis is a full-time, in-person role (30–40 hours per week). A flexible schedule is required, including early mornings, afternoons, and some Saturdays.Tentative Weekly Schedule:
- Monday & Tuesday: 4:45 AM – 12:00 PM
- Wednesday: Variable
- Thursday & Friday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Sunday: Off
