We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. As the front-line representative of our company, your role is key in setting the tone for every interaction that walks through our doors or calls our office. We’re searching for someone who not only handles administrative tasks efficiently, but also genuinely enjoys creating a positive and professional experience for everyone.
Duties
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing assistance as needed.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as required.
- Assist in maintaining medical records if applicable, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Familiarity with clerical duties and office management practices.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in a medical receptionist role is a plus but not required.
