Job Summary
We are seeking a Front desk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cannabis and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Front desk you will be responsible for greeting customers warmly, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and maintaining a welcoming environment in the dispensary.
Duties
- Scan identification, ask to sign up for loyalty program, type in phone number and email address
- Fulfill online orders
- Inventory tasks
- Checking menus
- Answering phone
- Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals while fostering a supportive work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills with experience operating a cash register or POS system.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and inventory management.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances customer interaction.
- A passion for cannabis culture and an eagerness to learn about new products and trends in the industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
