Duties
- Greet and welcome all visitors and clients with warmth and professionalism.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Manage scheduling and appointment calendars.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial transactions and record keeping.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for client records and office documents.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with office management tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is preferred for managing financial records.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing excellent support.
- Experience as a medical receptionist is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with computerized office systems and phone etiquette.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
- Strong attention to detail in all aspects of office management and documentation.
