Are you an organized, friendly, and reliable person with customer service skills and loves working with dogs and cats? We’re looking for an Office Assistant to help keep our Pet Resort running smoothly!
Position Details:
Hours: Approximately 3 hours in the morning and 2–3 hours in the evening during our open hours of operation.
Location: Golden Wood, Happy Valley
Pay: $14-$16/hr - once fully trained on your position, you'll be added to the tip pool, taking your pay to $19-$21/hr.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Greet customers and check in/check out pets
✔ Respond to emails
✔ Schedule reservations and update client records
✔ Process payments and maintain organized paperwork
✔ Assist with light cleaning and keeping the office tidy
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Basic computer skills (Gingr software experience is a plus!)
- A love for dogs—though this is an office role, you’ll be around them daily!
